After much thought, discussion, deliberation, and plain ole' head scratchin' we have
decided to change the dates of the horse auctions held at the ranch, from
every month, to only 3 Saturdays per year (plus the mule auction). Consignment & catalog fees have also changed.
Each of the four horse auctions will be promoting a certain type of horse, but
horses of any breed or type are accepted at each auction.
Critter Auctions will also be starting in the spring. These will be held on
three Saturdays throughout the year. The dates, along with other information, are listed below.
The heated & cooled facility that will be used for horse
auctions, critter auctions, and other specialty auctions including farm equipment, construction equipment, sporting goods,
lumber, tools, art, etc is still under construction.
We will also have a 1/2 mile oval dirt track, as well as an obstacle
trail course, to show off your horses in harness or under saddle.
Our Auction Barn will have a small food service right inside for a hot cup of
coffee, cold pop, hotdogs, barbecues, and such.
For a really good sit-down meal the Trail's End Cafe is just a hop and skip up the boardwalk. You'll discover some fine western style
grub there, while sitting down and enjoying the cowboy decor.
